I adore shirt dresses so no surprise I love this look. I also happen to love floppy hats so I am particularly captivated by this look. Just discovered this blog via US Vogue and loving it so far. Well done.
Vanessa looks like she's at the beach…except that she's in the middle of a busy city. I wouldn't wear that beyond the beach. Also, the shirt she's wearing looks like she threw on zac efron's shirt and belted it. I like the more structured dress you suggested. Floppy hats also remind me of older ladies who are afraid of melanomas at their retirement home.
