Last year saw the arrival of UK retailer Topshop’s first North American outpost in NYC, much to the delight of fashionistas on this side of the pond. In our second retailer spotlight, we celebrate Topshop’s high style at low prices by putting together four fashion-forward looks under $400.

  1. The peeptoe ankle boots are to die for. I’m a resident of NYC, and while the store has definitely been here for a while, it just won’t seem to open its doors for us!

    Can’t wait for its big opening coming soon! Too bad its ambiguous “TopShop NYC Opening up soon in 2009 NYC” is little comfort…sigh.
